Quote from James A.Hart on July 20, 2025, 2:33 pmWhat is the meaning of life?
It’s one of the oldest questions.
Yet for many people today, the answer is still uncertain — or completely missing.Atheists often claim that life has no inherent meaning, that we must create our own. But when the storms of life come — when success fades, relationships break, or death approaches — that “self-made purpose” often feels hollow.
Without a Creator, we are just matter.
Without eternity, everything ends in nothing. That’s why so many in the modern world drift through life confused, anxious, or numb. They chase distractions, success, even good causes — but deep down, they know none of it lasts.
And death? It terrifies them. Because they don’t know what’s next. Or worse — they believe there’s nothing at all.But for a Christian, the answer is simple.
Life has purpose — because life has a destination. We are here to grow, to be refined, to walk through trials and become the person God created us to be.
This life is not the end. It’s a training ground.
We’re here to prepare — and then return Home.Heaven is not a fairy tale.
It’s the final chapter. The real one.
And when you know that, everything changes.Your struggles gain meaning.
Your suffering is not wasted.
Even your daily routines — when done in faith — become part of a greater story. You don’t have to invent your own purpose.
You were created with one.
You are loved, watched over, and called to return. And that’s why, even when the world shakes, Christians can walk with peace.
Because we already know where we’re going.
