Don’t Miss Out on Prime Day Sales—Set Up Your Discounts Before April 29

One of Amazon’s biggest shopping events of the year is coming up—Prime Day—and if you don’t prepare in time, you could miss out on a major revenue opportunity.

To get in front of more shoppers and drive sales, make sure to set up Prime Exclusive Discounts for your products before the April 29 deadline. Here’s how to do it in Seller Central:

  1. Go to Advertising > Prime Exclusive Discounts
  2. Click Create Discount, and give it a name
  3. Be sure to check “Is this a Prime Day discount?”
  4. Click Save and Add Products
  5. Paste in your product SKUs (found in your Manage Inventory page)
  6. Choose either a percentage off or amount off
    • The discount must be between 20% and 80%
  7. Calculate the discounted price and enter it manually
    • For example, 80% of $34.99 is $27.99
  8. After entering prices for all products, click Submit Products

Setting this up ensures your offers will be visible to high-intent Prime Day shoppers—and that your listing stands out with special promotions.
